Generation of Multiresolution Models from CAD - Data for Real Time Rendering
نویسندگان
چکیده
A mesh refinement and a mesh simplification algorithm are presented. Both algorithms guarantee a user-defined error tolerance and deliver a multiresolution model. After the computation of the multiresolution model triangulation of the surface patches at variable resolutions can be incrementally generated onthe-fly at rendering time. The resulting triangulations form hierarchical Delaunay triangulations in parameter space.

A Real Time Adaptive Multiresolution Adaptive Wiener Filter Based On Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System And Fuzzy evaluation
In this paper, a real-time denoising filter based on modelling of stable hybrid models is presented. Thehybrid models are composed of the shearlet filter and the adaptive Wiener filter in different forms. The optimization of various models is accomplished by the genetic algorithm. Next, regarding thesignificant relationship between Optimal models and input images, changing the structure of Optim...
متن کاملساختار دهی آنی دادههای مکانی ورودی GIS با تأکید بر عارضه راه
An important issue in implementation of a GIS system is preparation of data to be entered in GIS. To produce spatial data for GIS using photogrammetric techniques, conventional method is to apply photogrammetric and GIS systems individually (off-line procedure). This approach is costly, time consuming and somehow unreliable due to the fact that 3D photogrammetric model is not available at the ...
متن کاملReconstruction of Multiresolution Terrain Surfaces
Multiresolution surfaces are especially useful for fast rendering, real-time display and interactive manipulation of large and dense terrain surface models. This paper reviews major multiresolution terrain surface reconstruction techniques and analyses the corresponding data structures. We have proposed and implemented, based on Delaunay retriangulation, a greedy refinement algorithm with a str...
متن کاملInteractive inspection of complex multi-object industrial assemblies
The use of virtual prototypes and digital models containing thousands of individual objects is commonplace in complex industrial applications like the cooperative design of huge ships. Designers are interested in selecting and editing specific sets of objects during the interactive inspection sessions. This is however not supported by standard visualization systems for huge models. In this pape...
